My name is David Cholewa, a French filmmaker based in Paris.

My first feature film Dead Shadows ( SITGES FILM FESTIVAL ) has been distributed in over 25 countries, notably in North America (Shout! Factory), and my latest short film Stalker is currently enjoying a very successful run at international festivals (Panic Fest, Grimmfest, Razor Reel – Méliès, Another Hole in the Head, among others).

Stalker, which addresses urban violence against women, has received several international awards and has been particularly noted for its visual ambition, often described as on par with that of a big-budget production despite limited resources.

I am currently developing several elevated genre / feature-length projects, including:

• Stalker (adaptation of the short film into a feature film)

• A Dark Night (Feature Film) One location 

• Children of the Mist (Feature Film) An epic adventure with fantasy elements in the spirit of Brotherhood of the Wolves and The 13th Warrior.

• The Neighbor (Feature Film) Sci-fi thriller

Today, I would like to offer producers like you my ability to create visually ambitious films within controlled budgets, as well as a strong European sensibility.
